Meritor® on the Move - Aftermarket Dealer Loyalty Program

I. Overview

The Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket - Aftermarket dealer loyalty program is offered free of charge to dealer parts persons and parts managers in the United States and Canada. The program is an incentive program that rewards participants for specifying/ordering qualifying Meritor products.
II. Eligibility

PERSONS: Dealer part staff and managers are eligible to earn awards in the Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket program when selling qualifying Meritor products. To qualify for a Meritor Dealer Loyalty Program award, participants must be employed at the enrolling dealership at the time of the award distribution.

III. Information Security

All personal information is held strictly confidential and will not be shared with any parties outside of those facilitating this program. Social Security Numbers (SSN) and Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) are used for tax reporting purposes only and are not used for credit checks. Any and all VIN documentation including factory invoices is not shared with any parties outside of those facilitating this program.

IV. MOTM Aftermarket Cards

Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket awards are issued on a MasterCard® prepaid card. The MasterCard prepaid card may be used at over 28 million locations worldwide, wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted. No payment card is more widely accepted globally than the MasterCard prepaid card. There is no APR (annual percentage rate) for these cards because the balance cannot go below zero and thus no "credit" is needed. MOTM awards issued to Canadian participants will be issued in Canadian funds based on the earnings schedule.

You will receive your MOTM card approximately 2-4 weeks after registration. An email will be sent from Citi notifying you when awards have been loaded onto your card. You may access your real-time account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the number on the back of the card or online at www.specmeritor.com by clicking on the "Card Balance" button.

V. Participation

Dealer parts staff/managers must register by completing the online registration form at www.meritorbullpen.com  -> Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket before submitting sales to the Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket program. To be considered for MOTM - Aftermarket awards, eligible sales and required documentation must be submitted online to the Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket administrative office no later than the published promotional deadline (based on sale/ invoice date).

VI. MOTM Aftermarket Awards

Qualifying Meritor products and award amounts for each OEM are listed at www.meritorbullpen.com -> Meritor on the Move – Aftermarket. Awards are based on sale/ invoice dates. Award payment processing will begin once sale eligibility is verified. All Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket awards are automatically placed onto reloadable debit cards.

VII. Federal Tax Rules

Federal Law requires that the value of all contest and incentive awards be reported to the proper taxing authorities. When eligible for tax reporting, the value of awards made to dealership employees for any contest or incentive program will be reported to the individual award winners and to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket on IRS Form 1099. Canadian participants will have their earnings reported to the Canadian Revenue Agency on a T4A form or using IRS Form 1042. Persons receiving awards will be responsible for applicable Federal State and Local taxes on the awards and should consult with their tax advisors on questions regarding tax liability.

VIII. Other

Periodic e-mails will be sent to participants at the discretion of Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket for the purposes of this program only. Participants cannot opt out of e-mails; however, participants can opt out of the Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket program at any time. Contact Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket program management if you desire to opt-out of the Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket program.

Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket reserves the right to revoke the debit card of any participant who intentionally misuses the Meritor on the Move - Aftermarket program. Meritor, Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel any part or this entire program at any time. All decisions and rulings made by Meritor, Inc. shall be final. All individuals participating in this program agree to abide by these decisions.
